中药提取工艺 Traditional Chinese Medicine Extraction Technology
中药水提取液中含有较多的杂质,如极细的药渣、泥沙、细菌、淀粉、树脂、油脂等,药液色深而混浊。常规的传统过滤方法难于去除这些杂质而且过于繁琐,如水提醇沉加蒸发工艺,生产周期长,建设成本高、能耗大、收率低、有效成分不能最大限度的保留、口感差、操作环境差、乙醇消耗量大、成本高、环境污染严重、三废治理成本高。
Water of traditional Chinese medicine extraction contains more impurity such as ultrafine medical slag, silt, bacteria, starch, resin, grease etc which make the liquid medicine color dark and muddy. For regular and traditional filtration method, it is very difficult removing these impurity. Also, operation is so complicated. For example, the technology of Water Extract Alcohol Precipitation and evaporation, long production term, high building cost, big energy consumption, effective ingredient can not be maximized reserved, poor mouth feel, bad operation environment, large alcohol consumption, high cost, bad environment pollution, high cost three waste disposal.
